How we handle the information you send us when you apply or work with us.

In short: we only collect what you send us when you apply or email us (your name, email address, country, languages, experience and platforms). We use it to assess your application and to support you. We don't sell it, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
SupaWorkers ("we", "us") is an independent guidance and support service for people who work, or want to work, on AI training and data platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of the platforms named on our website. You can contact us at info@supaworkers.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the application form on our website, it opens an email in your own email app addressed to us containing the details you entered: your name, email address, country, languages, experience or skills, platforms you already use, your equipment setup, and any notes you add. When you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Information during support. If we work together, you may share further details needed to help you, such as screenshots of platform messages, assessment feedback, or payout information. We never ask for, and you should never send us, your platform passwords or login credentials.
Information collected automatically. Our website is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate the service; see GitHub's privacy statement.
3. How we use your information
- To review your application and tell you honestly what is realistic for your profile
- To provide onboarding guidance, assessment preparation and ongoing support
- To agree, calculate and invoice our fee (a percentage of earnings you have actually received)
- To respond to your questions and keep records of our communication
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
4. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, our email provider), and only as needed. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never share your information with AI training platforms, and we never act on your behalf on those platforms.
5. Retention
We keep application emails for up to 12 months if we do not end up working together, and for the duration of our engagement plus 3 years for accounting purposes if we do. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
6. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@supaworkers.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have additional rights, which we will honor. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
7. International transfers
We accept applicants worldwide, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.
8. Security
We use reputable providers with industry-standard security and limit access to your information to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information (such as government ID numbers or financial account details) unless we specifically ask for it and explain why.
9. Children
Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the website.
